Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs, except for faulty items.

Order/Item Limits

Return/exchange can only be processed once per order. Please submit all items for return or exchange in a single request. If your order ships in multiple parcels, wait until all deliveries arrive before filing your request.
- Gift Card Orders: Orders paid entirely with a gift card are non-returnable/exchangeable, except when the return is due to a defective product or delivery error (this will be specified at the time of gift card issuance).
- The Last Chance/Lucky Offer/Final Sale/Limited Sale/Mystery Boxes items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange (we will clearly mark them on product pages).

Item Condition

All return/exchange items must be returned in their original packaging, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Items not meeting these conditions will be rejected.

You can either click Contact Us Via Email on the Contact Us page and fill out the form or send an email directly to service@oglmove.uk.
We value your time and aim to resolve all inquiries promptly.
- Response Time: We will respond to your request within 1-3 business days.
- No Reply? Please check your Spam/Promotions folder (Yahoo Mail users, this is critical!). If the email is missing, send a follow-up from an alternative email address.
How to Cancel / Change
Please submit your cancel/change request through the Contact Us Via Email portal located on our Contact Us page, quoting your complete order number (OGLUK******). Should your shipment remain pending dispatch upon receipt of your submission, our fulfillment system will automatically intercept the order. And our team will respond to your request at the earliest opportunity.
- Before Shipping: Changes or cancellations are free of charge if requested before the order is dispatched.
- After Shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot alter or cancel orders once they have shipped.
- Full Price Orders: Refunded for the full item price (as shown on the site).
- Promo/Discounted Orders: Refunded for the actual amount paid (after all discounts are applied).
- Exclusions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects your returned package. (Be sure to send us your return tracking number once you mail the items; otherwise we won’t be able to process your refund.)
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method only.
